Rehabilitation Plantations Ltd (RPL) is seeking a dedicated and qualified medical professional to head the Garden Hospital located at the Kulathupuzha Estate. The Estate Medical Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering primary healthcare, emergency response, and preventive medical services to over 1,500 estate workers and their dependents. The interview has now been officially rescheduled to the upcoming week to ensure maximum participation from eligible candidates.
Revised Interview Schedule
- New Date & Time: Wednesday, March 4th, 2026. Reporting time is strictly between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM.
- Venue: RPL Registered Head Office, Punalur, Kollam District.
- Eligibility: Candidates must hold an MBBS Degree from a recognized university with valid Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (TCMC) registration.
Instructions for Candidates
All prospective candidates are requested to bring their updated resume, recent passport-size photographs, and all original certificates proving their educational qualifications, age, and medical council registration. A set of self-attested photocopies of all documents must also be submitted at the time of registration. Previous experience working in plantation hospitals or rural health centers will be considered an added advantage.

About the Position
