The Engineering Wing is pivotal to RPL's operations, managing the construction and maintenance of all civil structures including administrative offices, staff quarters, hospitals, and schools. We ensure the lifeline of the plantation—its roads and bridges—remains robust.

Beyond civil works, our mechanical division oversees the smooth functioning of heavy machinery, Alpha Laval centrifuging machines, and the company's vehicle fleet. We are also committed to modernization through projects like solar-powered fencing and automated weighing systems.
