The Rehabilitation Plantations Ltd. (RPL) Factory Complex is strategically located at Abhayagiri, Kulathupuzha. Serving as the central processing hub for the yields harvested from our vast estates, the complex ensures the transformation of raw natural rubber into high-grade, market-ready products.
The complex proudly houses two primary processing units: the L.C. Factory (Latex Centrifuging) and the C.R. Factory (Crepe Rubber). These state-of-the-art facilities are equipped to efficiently handle large volumes of field latex and scrap rubber.
As an ISO Certified Company, the Factory Complex adheres strictly to rigorous international quality control and safety protocols. This unwavering commitment to excellence guarantees that our final rubber products meet the demanding specifications of both domestic and global industries.
Processing Capabilities
Operating with high efficiency, the Factory Complex processes the raw materials supplied directly from the Kulathupuzha and Ayiranallur estates. Through advanced centrifuging and milling processes, the factories produce premium centrifuged latex and high-quality crepe rubber, forming the industrial backbone of RPL's commercial output.
