The Preaching practice, commonly known as "PP" is a rigorous exposure in sermonizing. It is the official platform for the students to master in scholarly speech delivery. It is aimed purely at the application of theology within orthodox perspectives as a reflection on contemporary life challenges.
Generally, students are split into two groups on the basis of class. The sermon will be delivered to the analytical audience of theological students who evaluate the sermon based on matter, manner and language. High standards of performance are expected. The respective students with the highest scores from individual classes battle out the final competition at the end of the academic year for the covetous "Best Preacher" award.
